Users
The App is intended for property owners, managers, residents, students, patients and building staff.

We collect the following Personal Information from you when you register for the App: name and email address via social platform publicly available plugins. Mosino One Apps
Location

• Location service is used for various functionalities, especially unlocking smart doors, lockers and any access control system using BLE/NFC capabilities.
• Location may be used in some cases to ensure the user has the right access a property using Geofencing.
• We do not store user location unless it is for a functionality or otherwise requested through a consent within the application.

Personal Data

• Data received inside the Mosino Apps are retrieved from Property Management Systems managed by the owners of such property.
• The data is used enable services/features selected by the Property Management.
• Mosino does not share the collected or received information to third-party companies for advertising purposes unless user consent.
• The data is also used for analytics to improve user experience.
• Camera Access: Mosino apps need access to the device camera to allow the option to capture and upload photos/images for issue request, facial recognition and other features necessary for the app functionalities. This enables the user to document and share visual information effortlessly.
• Storage Access: Mosino apps need access to your device storage as it is necessary for uploading photos stored on user's device. This allows the user to select existing images from your gallery for issue request, facial recognition and other purposes.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
We will not sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose your Personal Information to other companies or people under any of the following circumstances:

• if sharing the information is reasonably necessary to provide a service that you have requested.
